Cocoa Husk
曬乾後良率佳的可可豆倒入烘豆機,
在圓筒翻滾會讓可可豆均勻受熱。
在一圈又一圈地翻轉烘烤下,
讓可可豆的水分排出,
破碎 之後方便脫殼,
這時候可以分辨出豆仁及豆殼。
將破碎好的可可碎粒脫離可可豆殼,
只取好的可可豆仁為接下來的粗磨與精磨做準備,
可可豆殼脫離也是佔一顆可可豆的20%含量,
也是可可淘汰的部位。

Solution
現有可可豆殼乾燥後作為沖泡茶飲之原料使用,
可製成茶包供消費者沖泡飲用,
或是將沖泡後的茶湯作為飲料供消費者飲用。
我將可可豆殼混入紙漿中,
做出再生的燈具,
這個燈具的添加物都是再生的材料,
使用完後的燈具不會造成環境的汙染,
紙的紋路和可可豆殼的分布、多寡,
會影響成品的外觀,
可可豆殼的顆粒大小,
會影響翻出來成品的顏色,
外觀也會有些許影響。
